Which sewing machine needles for Brother CE5000?
I have a Brother CE 500 Project Runway machine. I ordered needles that were the right size (100/16 and 90/14) but the style is wrong!
I think I need flat shank needles? How do I now which are right.
I have done much searching online and the manual but nothing about it anywhere.

Go to a store where fabrics and sewing notions are sold and they will have the needles you need.
Most likely they will be Schmetz brand, which is widely popular.
Klasse is another brand that you can use.
The Organ brand is a fine brand, but not many stores sell them.
What is shown on the Ebay site is not necessarily what you will need. The type they show is varied, but the sizes they list are not a good choice.
15 x 1 is the style and 80/12 is a good size to use, except for heavy fabrics, like denim, which would be 90/14 or 100/16.
The first number is Europen and the second number is US.
