Good ideas for a bedroom ?
My bedroom is really small and one of the walls is actually a really thick curtain. But anyway I have about a 7' by 12' room and i'm really counting on getting a sofa bed to get multipurpose space and stuff. So I basically have an idea of what I want in it, but I need a color scheme like walls and furniture and stuff. One of my necessities though is my white sheepskin rug which I absolutely adore! If there's anyway to work that in, that would be wonderful. I'm 14 so please no little disney themes like the little mermaid or something. Thanks so much!

Small bedrooms can look over-crowded and stuffy with dark colors, so try light base colors like white, cream, or favorite color in a light shade. then pick a darker border color. Pastels like yellow, blue, green or a light orange would look great on a white base. The best way to decide what color you want your walls is to pick pillows or bedspreads, stuff like that, with multicolored patterns and then take those colors and incorporate them onto your walls. Your rug would probably look good with anything except silky materials. If you have plain furniture, you can also put covers and blanketish sort of things that brighten everything up. Just make sure that your colors are light.
Other color suggestions: light pink with blues, orange,yellow,and light green (for an exotic look)
