Should I buy the Acer Iconia A500 or the Asus Eee Pad Transformer?
I'm leaning towards the Iconia, because of the USB port. I'm not interested in buying the keyboard dock for the Asus tablet, so I'm not taking that into consideration. The pricing is the same for both tablets, so the Asus Transformer no longer has the edge of being the cheaper priced tablet. Any advice is very appreciated.
I say you go with the Acer Iconia. I'll list the following reasons why :
* Its lighter at 1.7 lbs, Asus Eee Pad Transformer at 2.2 lbs
* better front facing wecam at 2.0 MP. Asus Eee Pad Transformer at 1.2 MP
* a USB port available, Asus Eee Pad Transformer has no available USB ports.
Other than this there both touchscreen, have 1GB of memory, 16GB of storage or 32GB depending on what you want, WIFI, Bluetooth, 10.1 inch screen size, same Nvidia Tegra 2 processors, and the exact same price.
